Employer Accounts

• Search the HTM Talent Network
• Contact candidates
• Use AI Match Scores and candidate recommendations
• Access recruiting and hiring tools

Employers agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes.

Employers may not sell, redistribute, scrape, or otherwise misuse candidate information obtained through HTM Jobs.

Job Listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of all job postings.

Job listings must:

• Represent legitimate employment opportunities
• Accurately describe the position
• Comply with applicable employment laws
• Not contain misleading or discriminatory content

HTM Jobs reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove job listings that violate these Terms or are not relevant to the Healthcare Technology Management industry.

AI Features

HTM Jobs offers AI-powered features including Match Scores and candidate recommendations.

These tools are provided to assist employers in identifying potentially relevant candidates.

AI-generated recommendations:

• Are informational only
• Do not guarantee candidate suitability
• Do not replace employer review
• Should not be considered hiring decisions

Employers remain solely responsible for all recruiting and employment decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, scrape, or harvest platform data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, graphics, logos, trademarks, and technology associated with HTM Jobs are owned by HTM Jobs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HTM Jobs during the twelve months preceding the claim.
